Instructions : Request For Less Than $10,000

Welcome to Weyerhaeuser in Canada’s online donation request site. Please use this application for requests for philanthropic donations of less than $10,000. For event sponsorships or Jobs for Youth grants, please use the appropriate form available in the Application Forms section of the webpage. Back to Canada Giving Program page.

You must answer ALL questions. To ensure that the request process goes smoothly, we recommend that you have all the information concerning your project/program at hand. Requests cannot be saved and finished at a later time.

The information you will need is:

• Organization name, address, contact information, organization history, mission, goals
• Revenue Canada or Provincial Society registration number. If you are a municipality or covered by one, or are an aboriginal organization, you do not require a registration number to apply.

Please note that some questions require information to be input in a specific format. If you do not complete these questions in the format requested, you will receive an error message in red below the question. The orange tooltips provide guidance on the format required. Your request will not submit if the information in any of these fields is not completed correctly.

Once you submit your request, you will receive a confirmation notice within a few moments, with a Submission Number and estimate of when you can expect a response. It will also provide you with a printable and savable version of your request for your files.

The information you provide to us in your application is used only by Weyerhaeuser and its agents authorized to handle donations data. The database where your information is stored is password protected and secure.

You do not need to mail or fax a printed copy of the application or confirmation to us.

If you do not receive the confirmation, please review your application for error messages, and then resubmit. We receive your application only after the confirmation is issued. Please ensure you receive your confirmation number before exiting the application program.
